Do I need to get on calls?
No. We're async by design: onboarding is a short form, drafts arrive in your portal, and questions go by email. We reply within 4 business hours.
Do you need my Klaviyo login?
No. You create a private API key with only the permissions we list, and you can revoke it any time. The free audit only needs read access.
Will you send anything without my approval?
Never, unless you switch on auto-approve for campaigns. Every flow and campaign is approved in your portal first.
Who writes the emails?
Our AI system writes and builds them from your brand questionnaire, product catalog and our tested frameworks, with automated quality checks (links, merge tags, compliance footer, discount rules) before anything reaches you.
Do you use AI-generated images?
No. We use your real product photos and brand assets, plus clean typography and layout.
What do I keep if I cancel?
Everything. Flows, templates and segments live in your Klaviyo account. Cancel in the portal; monthly plans end at the close of the 30-day notice period.
